Get set for a dose of fast and furious cycling at Melbourne’s world-famous Australian Formula 1™ Grand Prix track. Inspired by the prestigious "Spring Classics" of Europe, as the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race descends on Melbourne for one day with the world's best cycling, delivering high excitement and intense competition. The Towards Zero Race Melbourne will kick-off the Event on Thursday 24 January. In a spectacular show of speed and strategy. Elite Men and Elite Women will line up on the world-famous Australian Formula 1™ Grand Prix track in a criterium style race. Cheer on the highest calibre of domestic and international riders as they test their power and team strategy on the fast and flat Australian Formula 1™ Grand Prix track. Ride4All - 3:00pm – 4:00pm In 2019, families and riders of all ages can once again experience the buzz of riding on the official Towards Zero Race Melbourne course before the Elite Women’s and Men’s criterium on Thursday 24 January. Register now at the website. Enjoy the flat 5.3 kilometre circuit with closed roads, pass under the official start/finish gantry and be cheered on by the crowds. The best part? Entry is free.
